Shipping Policy
We currently ship to addresses within Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and selected international countries. At checkout, you’ll be able to see if your country is eligible. If it’s not listed, feel free to email us at orders@thebrightco.com.au, we may be able to add it for you!
Processing Times
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–5 business days of purchase. As a small business with many items made in-house, processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods or sale events, thank you for your patience!
Shipping Options & Rates
Shipping rates and options will be calculated at checkout. We currently offer both standard and express shipping.
Free standard shipping is available for all Australian orders over $99 AUD.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey. We use Australia Post for all standard Australian deliveries.
Customs & Import Fees
International customers: please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may be charged upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Important for U.S. customers
Due to new postal restrictions, we can only ship orders under A$150 to the United States. Orders above this amount can’t be processed at checkout.
Shipping Delays & Issues
Once your parcel has left our hands, it’s in the care of the postal carrier. We’re not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by Australia Post or other carriers, but if something goes wrong, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
You can also check the Australia Post website for any updates or delays in your area.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We’re unable to make changes once your order has been marked as dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can arrange for it to be re-shipped at your expense.
