ORDERING & SHIPPING
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 5 business days. We're a small team and many items are made or packed in-house, so we appreciate your patience during busy periods.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and selected international countries. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, send us a message and we’ll do our best to help.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. You’ll see all options before confirming your order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $99 AUD.
Can I track my order?
Most of our parcels include tracking. If tracking is available for your order, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number once it has shipped.
Some smaller items, like sticker sheets sent as letters, may be sent without tracking to keep postage affordable. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us at orders@thebrightco.com.au.
My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
Start by checking your tracking link. If it looks like your order is delayed or lost, contact us at orders@thebrightco.com.au and we’ll help track it down.
Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’re happy to help. Just get in touch as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we can’t make changes once an order has been dispatched.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express options are available at checkout for both domestic and selected international orders.

What’s the difference between sheets and individual stickers?
Sticker sheets include multiple small stickers arranged around a theme and are great for journaling.
Individual stickers are larger, single designs sold separately.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Individual stickers are water-resistant and perfect for laptops, water bottles, and journals. We don’t recommend full submersion or using them on items that go in the dishwasher.
Sticker sheets are not waterproof. They’re designed for scrapbooking and paper surfaces.
What comes in a scrap pack?
Each scrap pack is a surprise mix of offcuts, misprints, and one-off pieces. No two are the same. They are perfect for creative journaling, layering, and collage lovers.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return or exchange my order?
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll help sort it out.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within a few business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

All of our products are designed in-house and printed and packed locally in Australia with lots of care and love.
