We want you to love your order! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Note: This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 15-day return policy for incorrect, or damaged items. That means you have 15 days from receiving your order to contact us if something isn’t right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

To request a return, email us at orders@thebrightco.com.au. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send it back.
Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first — we won’t be able to process unapproved returns.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something’s not right — like a damaged item or incorrect product — let us know straight away so we can make it right.

Exceptions
Due to their one-off, mixed nature, scrap packs cannot be returned or refunded.
If you’re unsure about something in your order, reach out — we’re always happy to help.

Exchanges

Want to swap something? The quickest way is to request a return. Once that’s approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method, minus return shipping costs.
Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your return once received. Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to finalise the refund.

Lost Parcels & Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order — we can’t take responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses.

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help track it down.
